Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring for a Work From Home Customer Care Executive role within the Voice process domain. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and Assess Customer Needs: Understand and identify the needs of customers to provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Build Relationships: Foster trust and build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Offer accurate, valid, and complete information by using the appropriate methods and tools.
  • Handle Complaints: Address customer complaints, provide suitable solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents.
  • Follow Guidelines: Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service.

Qualifications

  • Education: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC), Graduate, or Post-Graduate. Graduation is not mandatory.
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service. Fresh graduates and those with previous experience are welcome to apply.
  • Skills Required: Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi, strong communication skills, and a customer service orientation.

Technical Requirements

  • Hardware: A laptop or desktop with a minimum Core i3 gen 7 processor and 8 GB or above RAM.
