TATA Power Job Role:

Responsibilities: The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Collecting data and surveying stakeholders to identify gaps in community services.
• Holding meetings with key stakeholders to understand their issues, challenges, and community needs.
• Selecting NGOs to implement programs.
• Developing frameworks, objectives, methodologies, activities, targets, and key indicators for programs.
• Executing agreements with partner NGOs.
• Defining CSR programs and stakeholder engagement plans for the location.
• Conducting monthly review meetings with partner NGOs and TPCDT associates.
• Preparing monthly MIS reports.
• Sharing CSR stories and highlights for internal communications.
• Organizing volunteer activities for staff members and their families.
• Coordinating with government financial institutions and departments for CSR initiatives.

Skills Required: The ideal candidate should possess:

• A solid understanding of social sector development programs.
• Knowledge of government development programs and departmental structures.
• Basic knowledge of rural and urban development agencies and Gram Panchayat structures.
• Skills in MIS, report preparation, deck preparation, and CSR storytelling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex situations and social challenges.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Current final-year students of a Bachelor’s in Social Work, graduating in 2024.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual salary: 4.62 Lakhs.
