Job Description:

As a Graduate Trainee Engineer at Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited, you will be an integral part of our Pega Nearshore Consulting team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions that redefine how businesses operate. Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience:

  • Programming Experience: Hands-on experience with at least two programming languages gained through academic projects, internships, or previous training. A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, including inheritance, is essential.
  • UI/UX Knowledge: Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and their application in software development.
  • Project Experience: Demonstrable experience working on projects that involved software development, problem-solving, and collaboration with team members.

Skills Required:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in JavaScript and React is highly desirable.
    • Hands-on experience with Pega tool or similar software platforms.
