Role: We are seeking a Senior Engineer to support PTC clients through services, support, and consulting. This role involves resolving customer issues related to PTC IoT products and providing consulting services to help clients implement end-to-end IoT solutions.

Impact: This position is ideal for candidates looking to enhance their skills as technical consultants and gain experience in the IoT domain.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot system problems, taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring their resolution.
• Communicate unresolved problems to the appropriate internal teams.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Permanent shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST to align with North America.
• Strong understanding of networking and protocols.
• Expertise in providing customer service.
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve basic technical issues.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with the ThingWorx/IoT domain is beneficial.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
