Job Description
Position: Technical and Account Assistance
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical and Account Assistance:
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers using our cloud services through chat-based communication.
- Address a range of inquiries, from basic usage questions to complex technical issues.
- Problem Solving:
- Investigate and diagnose technical problems reported by customers.
- Follow established protocols, collaborate with support teams, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Understand customer needs, empathize with their challenges, and maintain professionalism throughout interactions.
- Knowledge Base Contribution:
- Maintain and update the knowledge base.
- Document common issues, solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting steps to aid customers and team members.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest in cloud technologies, product updates, and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and customer service skills.
- Feedback Loop:
- Provide feedback to service teams about customer problems, feature requests, and improvement areas.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including resolved issues, response times, and satisfaction ratings.
- Provide regular reports and insights to team leads and management.
Qualifications:
- Technical Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred, or relevant experience with any bachelor’s degree.
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Customer-Centric:
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Essential traits include patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
- Time Management:
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high responsiveness.
