Job Description:
This role within KPMG Global Services (KGS) focuses on Central Operations and is aligned with the KDN OpCo Practice Operations Management team. The position requires an individual who can contribute to the end-to-end development cycle, translating business lead requirements into functional specifications. It involves working under senior supervision to achieve specified goals and targets in a dynamic and flexible work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Practice Operational Management:
- Drafting of SoW and MFE: Responsible for preparing Statements of Work (SoW) and Master Fee Agreements (MFE) that outline project scopes and financial terms.
- Assist in MARS Code Creations: Support the creation and maintenance of MARS (KPMG’s internal system) codes to accurately track project activities and financials.
- Contract and Operational Document Management: Maintain repositories and trackers for all contracts, ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures.
- Change Request Updates: Assist in processing change requests in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless project management.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Global Team Coordination: Collaborate with global teams to facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- MIS Reporting: Generate and maintain Management Information System (MIS) data on a daily basis, providing updates to stakeholders as required.
