Position: Operations Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Operations Analyst, your main goal will be to enhance efficiency through both new and existing procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing documents, handling mail, overseeing the administration of new account processes, and performing various tasks within the Operations department.

Key Accountabilities:

• Create new client accounts in the CRM database and follow up on any missing documentation.
• Draft, consolidate, and send welcome emails to clients.
• Retrieve and archive documents from databases.
• Provide project and administrative support, including data entry tasks.

Basic Skills Required:

• Experience: 0–1 year
• Education: Graduate degree in banking, finance, or a related field
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Other Skills:
  • Ability to process large amounts of data accurately and quickly
  • Good typing speed

Preferred Skills:

• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently towards set objectives
• Knowledge of the financial services industry is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, along with proven analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure

Graduates or postgraduates from any field can apply.

Salary:

The salary for this position is up to 3.3 Lakhs per annum, according to Glassdoor.
