Responsibilities:

• Adherence to Internal Controls and Governance: Operate in compliance with established internal control and governance standards.
• Database Management: Administer and manage internal databases, performing Database Administration (DBA) activities as needed.
• Documentation and Support Processes: Develop and maintain documentation for support processes, procedures, and solutions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with team members and other departments.
• Business Support: Assist various business areas in meeting their demands by providing necessary support.
• Process Implementation: Embrace and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Report Scheduling and Delivery: Ensure timely scheduling and delivery of reports and other solutions to meet customer needs.
• Data Control Awareness: Understand the impact of data controls on business operations and the importance of safeguarding operations from potential failures.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure strategic improvements for all internal systems.
• Mainframe Data Accuracy: Support internal systems in delivering accurate and timely data from mainframes.
• Dashboard Support: Assist in maintaining front-end dashboards for operational analysis and decision-making.
• Enhanced Internal Procedures: Develop and monitor enhanced internal procedures, systems, and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• T-SQL Scripting: Outstanding abilities in T-SQL scripting.
• SQL Server Development: Experience in developing and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases using the full SQL Server stack (including SSRS and SSIS).
• RDBMS Proficiency: Strong proficiency in developing and maintaining Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Additional Programming Languages: Familiarity with other programming languages or operating systems, such as Oracle, Microsoft.NET, scripting, or PowerShell, is advantageous.
