Role Overview:
As a Management Trainee – Quality Assurance Tester, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products by thoroughly testing and identifying defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for quality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing, including manual and automated testing.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and document defects effectively.
