Role Overview

We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – Python Developer. This position is ideal for passionate and skilled individuals looking to kick-start their careers in software development with a focus on Python. As a fresher in this role, you will work under the guidance of senior developers to design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaboration and Requirement Understanding:
    • Work closely with team members to understand project requirements.
    • Engage in discussions to gather insights and contribute ideas for delivering scalable Python applications.
  2. Code Development and Maintenance:
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following the best practices in software development.
    • Develop Python scripts and applications that meet the specified requirements.
  3. Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Develop unit tests and conduct automated testing to ensure code reliability.
    • Participate in testing cycles to identify and fix bugs.
  4. Code Reviews and Feedback:
    • Actively participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback on code changes.
    • Implement suggestions to improve the quality and performance of the code.
  5. Troubleshooting and Debugging:
    • Assist in troubleshooting issues and debugging code.
    • Provide timely resolutions to problems encountered during development.
  6. Continuous Learning and Adaptation:
    • Stay updated with new technologies and programming languages as required by projects.
    • Engage in continuous learning and skill development to enhance your expertise.
  7. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information for reference.
    • Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Solid understanding of Python programming fundamentals and object-oriented design principles.
    • Familiarity with web frameworks such as Django or Flask is a plus.
    • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Prior internship or project experience involving Python development.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
    • Exposure to database systems (SQL or NoSQL) and ORM libraries.
