Eligibility:

• MBA Track: 1st-year full-time flagship MBA students from all B-Schools and specializations.
• Engineering Track: Pre-final year students of B.E./B.Tech or Dual-degree B.E.-M.E./B.Tech-M.Tech only from Mechanical and Chemical branches from all engineering colleges.
• Pharma Track: 2nd-year participants from the M. Pharma program.

Academic Requirements:

• All team members must have scored a minimum of 75% marks in class X and class XII.
• B.Tech students can consider a 60% cut-off as per the last available marksheet.

Skills Required

• MBA Track: Skills in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Digital, and HR.
• Engineering Track: Skills in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering.
• Pharma Track: Skills related to Pharmaceutical studies.
• General Skills: Strong aptitude, problem-solving, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Experience

• MBA Track: No specific experience required; open to 1st-year full-time MBA students.
• Engineering Track: No specific experience required; open to pre-final year students.
• Pharma Track: No specific experience required; open to 2nd-year M. Pharma students.

Competition Structure

1. Online Assessment I:
   • Date: 1st August 2024
   • Content: Aptitude-based questions for Management participants; aptitude and domain-specific questions for Engineering & Pharmacy participants.
   • Evaluation: Ranked on Accuracy + Speed (Time Taken). Scores of each team member will be considered.
2. Online Assessment II:
   • Date: 5th to 7th August 2024
   • Content: Assessment of aptitude, behavioral, and communication competencies.
3. Case Submission Round:
   • Submission Window: 3rd August 2024, 10:00 AM to 11th August 2024, 11:59 PM
   • Format: 5-slider executive summary in PowerPoint.
4. Mentorship Round:
   • Participants: Top 10 teams from each track.
   • Mentorship: Provided by subject matter experts at Dr. Reddy’s.
5. Grand Finale:
   • Location: Hyderabad.
   • Event: Final pitch round with winner and runner-up teams declared for each track.

Rewards and Prizes

• Management Track:
  • Winner: INR 3,00,000 + Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) + Trophy
  • Runner-up: INR 1,50,000 + PPI + Trophy
• Engineering Track:
  • Winner: INR 1,50,000 + PPI + Trophy
  • Runner-up: INR 75,000 + PPI + Trophy
• Pharma Track:
  • Winner: INR 1,00,000 + PPI + Trophy
  • Runner-up: INR 50,000 + PPI + Trophy
• Additional Benefits:
  • All winners will be offered PPIs for an internship with Dr. Reddy’s, which can convert to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to join the flagship Dr. Reddy’s Young Leaders Program.
  • All finalists will undergo a workshop and visit Dr. Reddy’s manufacturing plants.
  • Top participants stand a chance to grab PPIs for Internships with Dr. Reddy’s.
  • E-Certificates will be awarded to all participants.
