Role Overview

As a NetSuite Technical Associate Analyst at Deloitte, you will play a crucial role in implementing and deploying NetSuite solutions for a diverse client base. This position requires a deep understanding of NetSuite’s capabilities, technical documentation, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and support deployments. You will work within an engagement team to deliver customized solutions that address unique business needs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user adoption.

Responsibilities

1. NetSuite Implementation and Deployment:
   • Solution Prototyping: Utilize NetSuite API, SuiteScripts, Workflows, Saved Search, and SuiteBuilder to prototype solutions tailored to client requirements.
   • Deployment: Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions that accommodate specific industry, business, and management processes. This includes configuring and customizing NetSuite modules to meet client needs.
2. Technical Documentation:
   • Specification Documents: Prepare comprehensive Technical Specification Documents that outline the technical aspects of NetSuite solutions and configurations.
   • Functional Designs: Develop detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes to ensure they meet the desired specifications.
3. Testing and Optimization:
   • Test Planning and Execution: Drive test planning, execution, and optimization to ensure that NetSuite solutions perform effectively and meet client expectations.
   • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues that arise during deployment or cut-over sessions. This involves diagnosing problems, implementing fixes, and ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
4. Post-Implementation Support:
   • User Adoption: Provide ongoing support post-implementation to optimize user adoption and address any issues that arise with the custom NetSuite solutions.
   • Solution Enhancement: Continuously monitor and enhance NetSuite solutions to ensure they remain aligned with client needs and business objectives.
5. Client and Team Collaboration:
   • Engagement Team: Work collaboratively within an engagement team to deliver high-quality solutions and support services.
   • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, ensuring that NetSuite solutions are effectively tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: At least 1 year of industry experience, preferably with hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, or C#. Familiarity with NetSuite’s technical components is preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and define scope and timelines effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with the capability to understand and interpret business requirement documents and build technical solutions to address gaps.

Educational Qualification:

• Degree: B.Tech / BE / MCA in Computer Science or a related field.
