Role Overview:
Capgemini is seeking highly skilled and motivated technical graduates to join their Exceller program for the year 2023-24. This program is designed to integrate new graduates into Capgemini’s global workforce, where they will engage in diverse, cross-functional projects and collaborate with a network of peers and mentors. As a Software Engineer in this program, you will contribute to innovative technology solutions, work on fundamental modules based on system requirements, and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Contribution: You will be a part of business and technology teams that develop and deliver advanced technology offerings and solutions.
- Module Development: Responsibilities include designing, developing, modifying, and maintaining basic modules in line with functional and system requirements.
- Technology Utilization: You will be involved in configuration management, testing, deployment, and researching new and emerging technologies to fulfill customer needs.
- Programming: Strong programming skills are essential, including the ability to review and understand complex codebases developed by others.
- Architecture and Design: You should possess a solid background in architecture and design principles, coupled with a keen business sense.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- BE / BTECH / ME / MTECH in any specialization/branch
- MCA or MSc with a specialization in Computer Science/Information Technology
