Role Overview:

As a System and Application Services Associate, you will:

• Infra Managed Services:
  • Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure services.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure reliability and security.
  • Identify improvements in services and operational effectiveness.
• Application/Cloud Support:
  • Support and maintain applications and cloud systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical application issues.
• Project Control Services:
  • Support program management and improve Technology Delivery quality.
  • Track project management activities and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Low/No Code App Development:
  • Develop applications using low-code platforms.
  • Optimize and automate business processes.
• Quality Engineering:
  • Design and conduct testing scenarios.
  • Prepare and analyze software testing reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Non-engineering graduates/post-graduates (B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, etc.) from 2021-2024.
• No active backlogs.
• No gaps during the degree course.
• Experience: Less than 11 months.
• Citizenship: Eligible to work in India or have relevant work permit documents.

• Flexibility to work in different time zones/shifts.
• Willingness to work in any business unit/service line and relocate to any Accenture office across India.
